      H.R. No. 1116       R E S O L U T I O N          WHEREAS, Christian Carrera of Edinburg has distinguished   himself in his responsibilities as a legislative aide in the office   of State Representative R. D. "Bobby" Guerra during the 89th   Legislative Session; and          WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Carrera has provided   vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks,   including scheduling, managing constituent correspondence, and   drafting memos; in addition to gaining valuable experience in the   field of public service, he has learned more about the legislative   process and the issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and          WHEREAS, Mr. Carrera attended South Texas ISD Health   Professions, and he is currently studying finance at The University   of Texas Rio Grande Valley; and          WHEREAS, Christian Carrera has performed his duties as a   legislative aide with skill and dedication, and he is indeed   deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore,   be it          RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas   Legislature hereby commend Christian Carrera for his service as a   legislative aide in the office of State Representative   R. D. "Bobby" Guerra and extend to him sincere best wishes for   continued success in all his endeavors; and, be it further          RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be   prepared for Mr. Carrera as an expression of high regard by the   Texas House of Representatives.     Guerra     ______________________________   Speaker of the House                 I certify that H.R.
