      H.B. No. 4158         AN ACT   relating to the compensation of the directors of the Texana   Groundwater Conservation District.          BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:          SECTION 1.  Section 8857.056, Special District Local Laws   Code, is repealed.          SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.       ______________________________ ______________________________      President of the Senate Speaker of the House                   I certify that H.B.
