  89R15156 MCK-D     By: Lowe H.B. No. 3705       A BILL TO BE ENTITLED   AN ACT   relating to prohibiting vaccination mandates for members of the   national guard.          BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:          SECTION 1.  Subchapter B, Chapter 437, Government Code, is   amended by adding Section 437.064 to read as follows:           Sec.   437.064.     PROHIBITED VACCINATION MANDATES. (a)   A   governmental entity or official, including the governor, the   adjutant general, or a state agency, may not require a member of the   Texas National Guard to:                 (1)  be vaccinated; or                 (2)  participate in the administration of a vaccine.           (b)     This section applies to all other law, including an   agency rule, executive order, or emergency order.           (c)     This section prevails to the extent of a conflict   between this section and any other law.          SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
