  89R2841 DRS-D     By: Lalani H.B. No. 456       A BILL TO BE ENTITLED   AN ACT   relating to the translation of certain forms and information   associated with complaints filed with the Texas Commission on   Environmental Quality.          BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:          SECTION 1.  Section 5.176, Water Code, is amended by adding   Subsection (d) to read as follows:           (d)     The commission shall provide for the translation of the   following into Arabic, Hindi, Mandarin, Tagalog, and Urdu:                 (1)     any information provided through a publicly   available Internet-based system for accessing or monitoring a   complaint file maintained under Subsection (a); and                 (2)     the form associated with the Internet-based   complaint submission procedure established under Subsection (b).          SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
