CALIFORNIA LEGISLATURE— 2025–2026 REGULAR SESSION Assembly Bill No. 2371 Introduced by Assembly Member Hadwick February 19, 2026 An act relating to transportation. LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST AB 2371, as introduced, Hadwick. Transportation. Existing law establishes the Transportation Agency, which consists of various departments and state entities, including the California Transportation Commission and the Department of Transportation. Existing law provides various sources of revenue for transportation projects undertaken by state and local agencies. This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation related to transportation.
