CALIFORNIA LEGISLATURE— 2025–2026 REGULAR SESSION Assembly Bill No. 1298 Introduced by Assembly Member Harabedian February 21, 2025 An act to amend Section 100 of the Business and Professions Code, relating to professions and vocations. Existing law establishes the Department of Consumer Affairs within the Business, Consumer Services, and Housing Agency. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.
