Resolved, That the resolution from the Senate (S. Con.
Res. 52) entitled ‘‘Concurrent resolution to correct the enroll-
ment of S. 3312.’’, do pass with the following
AMENDMENT:
Strike out all after the resolving clause and insert:
That in the enrollment of S. 3312, an Act to establish

a crisis stabilization and community reentry grant pro-
2
gram, and for other purposes, the Secretary of the Senate
3
shall—
4
(1) in section 3051(a) of title I of the Omnibus
5
Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, as added
6
by section 2 of the Act, strike ‘‘, for use by State and
7
local correctional facilities,’’ and insert ‘‘, Indian
8
Tribes, units of local government, and community-
9
based nonprofit organizations’’;
10
(2) in section 3051(b)(1)(B) of title I of the Om-
11
nibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, as
12
added by section 2 of the Act, strike ‘‘offenders’’ and
13
insert ‘‘individuals’’;
14
(3) in the section heading for section 3052 of
15
title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets

graph (1), strike ‘‘, or such agency as the chief execu-

tive may designate,’’ and insert ‘‘, Indian Tribe, unit
7
of local government, or community-based non-profit
8
organization’’;

(5) in section 3052(a)(3) of title I of the Omni-
10
bus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, as
11
added by section 2 of the Act, in the matter preceding
12
subparagraph (A), after ‘‘State’’ insert ‘‘, Tribal, or
13
local’’;
14
(6) in section 3052(b)(1) of title I of the Omni-
15
bus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, as
16
added by section 2 of the Act—
17
(A) after ‘‘State’’ insert ‘‘, Indian Tribe,
18
unit of local government, or community-based
19
nonprofit organization’’; and
20
(B) after ‘‘facility’’ insert ‘‘and adopt poli-
21
cies that focus on programming, strategies, and
22
educational components for reducing recidivism
23
and probation violations’’;

‘‘Subject to the availability of appropriations, for pur-
14
poses of carrying out this part, the Attorney General is au-
15
thorized to award not more than $10,000,000 of funds ap-
16
propriated to the Department of Justice for these purposes
17
for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025.’’.
