To amend the Small Business Act to expand eligibility for
the paycheck protection program, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. ELIGIBILITY OF COVERED ENTITIES FOR THE
3
PAYCHECK PROTECTION PROGRAM.
4
(a) IN GENERAL.—Section 7(a)(36) of the Small
5
Business Act (15 U.S.C. 636(a)(36)) is amended—
6
(1) in subparagraph (A)—
7
(A) in clause (viii), by striking ‘‘and’’ at
8
the end;

(2) in subparagraph (D), by inserting ‘‘covered

entity,’’ after ‘‘veterans organization,’’ each place it

appears.
