A BILL
To allow 2020 recovery rebates with respect to qualifying
children over the age of 16.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘All Dependent Chil-
4
dren Count Act’’.

SEC. 2. 2020 RECOVERY REBATES WITH RESPECT TO QUALI-
6
FYING CHILDREN OVER THE AGE OF 16.

(a) IN GENERAL.—Section 6428(a)(2) of the Internal
8
Revenue Code of 1986, as added by Public Law 116–136,
9
is amended by striking ‘‘section 24(c)’’ and inserting ‘‘sec-
10
tion 152(c)’’.
11
(b) EFFECTIVE DATE.—The amendment made by
12
this section shall take effect as if included in section 2201
13
of division A of Public Law 116–136.
