Use of commissary stores and MWR facilities: 1 recipients of the gold star lapel button 2 ‘‘(a) ELIGIBILITY OF RECIPIENTS OF THE GOLD 3 STAR LAPEL BUTTON.—An individual who received a gold 4 star lapel button under section 1126 of this title shall be 5 permitted to use commissary stores and MWR retail facili- 6 ties on the same basis as a member of the armed forces 7 on active duty. 8 ‘‘(b) MWR RETAIL FACILITIES DEFINED.—In this 9 section, the term ‘MWR retail facilities’ has the meaning 10 given that term in section 1063 of this title.’’. 11 (b) CLERICAL AMENDMENT.—The table of sections 12 at the beginning of chapter 54 of title 10, United States 13 Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new 14 item: 15 ‘‘1066.
