Mr. CRAMER (for himself and Mr. SULLIVAN) introduced the following bill;
which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Foreign Relations

To require the removal of United States Armed Forces from
Saudi Arabia.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Strained Partnership
4
Act’’.

SEC. 2. REMOVAL OF UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES
6
FROM SAUDI ARABIA.

(a) REMOVAL.—All United States Armed Forces and
8
equipment, including Patriot missile batteries and the
9
Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system,
10
shall be removed from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by

not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment

of this Act.

(b) RELOCATION OF EQUIPMENT.—Patriot missile
3
batteries and the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense
4
system relocated pursuant to subsection (a) shall, to the
5
extent practicable, be relocated to another location or loca-
6
tions in the Middle East, with the priority mission of pro-
7
tecting United States Armed Forces.
