To modify the boundary of the Rocky Mountain National
Park, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Rocky Mountain Na-
4
tional Park Boundary Modification Act’’.

SEC. 2. DEFINITIONS.

In this Act:

(1) MAP.—The term ‘‘map’’ means the map en-
8
titled ‘‘Rocky Mountain National Park Proposed

(2) NON-FEDERAL LAND.—The term ‘‘non-Fed-
3
eral land’’ means the approximately 40 acres of non-
4
Federal land depicted as ‘‘TR 05–133’’ on the map.
5
(3) SECRETARY.—The term ‘‘Secretary’’ means
6
the Secretary of the Interior.

SEC. 3. ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK BOUNDARY
8
MODIFICATION.
9
(a) LAND ACQUISITION.—The Secretary may ac-
10
quire, by donation, the non-Federal land for inclusion in
11
the Rocky Mountain National Park.

(b) BOUNDARY MODIFICATION.—On acquisition of
13
the non-Federal land under subsection (a), the Secretary
14
shall—
15
(1) modify the boundary of the Rocky Mountain
16
National Park to include the acquisition; and
17
(2) administer the acquired land as part of the
18
Rocky Mountain National Park, in accordance with
19
applicable laws.

(c) AVAILABILITY OF MAP.—The map shall be on file
21
and available for public inspection in appropriate offices
22
of the National Park Service.
