REGULATORY TREATMENT OF MOBILE SERVICES. 1 Section 332(c)(3)(A) of the Communications Act of 2 1934 (47 U.S.C. 332(c)(3)(A)) is amended by inserting 3 after ‘‘other terms and conditions of commercial mobile 4 services’’ the following: ‘‘including reasonable require- 5 ments to promote resilient wireless communications infra- 6 structure for situational awareness during a natural dis- 7 aster (as such term is defined in section 602 of the Robert 8 T.
